Working from more than 20 years of experience, Neil advises landlords and occupiers across Central London and the UK as a retail and leisure specialist in all leasing and development matters. His market knowledge and strategic approach help clients make property decisions aligned with their overall goals and tailored to local trends.
Before joining Union Street Partners and Farebrother, Neil had been a Partner at EA Shaw and later went on to be the Director of the Central London Retail team at CBRE. He is MRICS qualified and a member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society.
Neil is currently working on some of the most exciting retail projects in the South Bank, including the conservation of a series of railway arches at Leake Street (beneath Waterloo Station) which are being developed into a new dining quarter on behalf of London & Continental Railways (LCR) and leasing advice on over 30,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space at Hermes Real Estate’s mixed-use scheme at South Bank Central. Other clients include The Governing Body of Rugby School, The United Grand Lodge of England, Debenham Property Trust, Viridis, The Deerbrook Group and Oxygen Asset Management, as well as being retained by iSmash and Urban Fitness gyms for development advice and store acquisitions.
Beyond work, Neil enjoys spends his time being a father, with a little skiing and football on the side.BACK TO THE TEAM
